Pamela Benda, Licensed Realtor at eXp Realty, has been recognized as a Marquis Emerging Leader for their contributions and achievements in the field of home buying.
Ms. Benda became involved in the real estate industry by accident. She would not have considered going into the field if she did not help her friend who was about to quit real estate because she could not keep up with the technology. After assisting her and her team, she realized that she could actually do the job and decided to join their team. Looking back to her previous jobs, she felt that all the positions she had somehow led her to be great in real estate. Being in finance, lending, and home building industries in the past has naturally developed her interest and skills. Ms. Benda specializes in assisting first-time home buyers.
Supporting her career change to real estate, Ms. Benda originally earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and economics in 1989. During her career in finance, she has worked in mergers and acquisitions, with loans and with home builders, providing a wealth of experience that would later serve her career in real estate. Since earning her license, she has been a realtor with Charles Rutenberg Realty and Keller Williams Realty before joining eXp Realty in 2018.
Ms. Benda’s most notable achievement in her career is being able to read people, figuring out what her clients’ needs are, and trying to meet those needs. Additionally, she has also taught in Sunday school to two to three-year-old children for 33 years. That, for her, is her greatest accomplishment way beyond real estate. She has maintained professional affiliation with the National Association of Realtors and Midwest Real Estate Data LLC. In the next five years, she still sees herself selling real estate because she has never loved a job as much as she loved being a realtor.
