Ms. Fulks began her career as a bookkeeper for a property management company, but was asked to help with showing some properties. Her talents were noticed, and she was encouraged to get involved in real estate. Not long after, she received a Real Estate and Negotiation Expert Certification and Seller Representative Specialist Designation from the Real Estate Business Institute. In 2010, she began connecting her clients with their dreams properties across the metro Detroit, MI area.
In addition to her work in real estate, Ms. Fulks serves as the Vice President of the Lost and Found Christian Association and is the founder of The Treasure Within, which is a girl’s empowerment group. She maintains professional affiliation with the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors, The Women’s Council of Realtor’s Birmingham and Bloomfield, the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Professional Women.
Ms. Fulks is an accomplished writer and has published such books as, “Why… A young girls search for the truth” in 2019, “A Buyers Guide to Buying a Home,” “Dreamer on the Rise,” and “A Sellers Guide To Selling Your Home Fast.” She has been featured in K.I.S.H. MAGAZINE. She has also been recognized with a nomination for “Hidden Gem of Detroit.” She earned a Master of Arts in social and a bachelor’s degree in business from Marygrove College.
