Dante Buckley, Senior Process Engineer at Ology Bioservices, Inc., has been recognized as a Marquis Emerging Leader for their contributions and achievements in the field.
Mr. Buckley became involved in his profession due to the encouragement of his research advisor who saw that he could make a difference as an engineer. Though it wasn’t clear where his talents would best be utilized at this time, it was evident from his skills and work ethic that no matter what he put his mind and heart to, that he would excel. Heeding this advice, Mr. Buckley found that a career in process engineering, and in education, would speak best to his interests and expertise. Since 2018, he has served as a Senior Process Engineer for Ology Bioservices. He has prior experience as an engineer for RTI Surgical, and as a curriculum technologist and Computer Applications Instructor for Saint Francis Catholic High School. Earlier in his career, he worked as a research engineer for the University of Florida’s Space Systems Group and as a substitute teacher for Hawthorne Middle and High School.
In order to prepare for a career in this field, Mr. Buckley first earned a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from the University of Florida in 2006. He continued at the institution to receive a Master of Science in aerospace engineering in 2009. In 2021, he earned an executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute. Mr. Buckley attributes his success to having a great support system with his wife who keeps him honest and makes him a better person. In his work, he excels at leading and supporting biologic focus manufacturing and supporting various projects at the advanced development manufacturing facility in Florida. Looking toward the future, Mr. Buckley hopes to continue having an impact, influencing rooms even he is not in, motivating, inspiring people, and leading by example.
