Drawn to advocacy work from a young age, he explored several possible careers before deciding that law would be the best fit for his interests. Obtaining an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, he earned a Master of Business Administration in global business at Sungkyunkwan University, one of Seoul’s top colleges, in 2016. In 2017, Mr. Esparza graduated with a JD at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, for which he served as the assistant editor of the Indiana University Law Review. He was subsequently admitted to practice law by the State Bar of Arizona. He dedicated the next year to developing his practice as counsel at the Milton Law Firm, departing in 2018 to join the Skymark Advisors Law Group. Founded in partnership with a certified financial planner, Skymark Advisors Law Group was established to address the complex legal and financial needs of individuals and small business clients seeking responsive, comprehensive support in planning for the future.
In addition to his work for Skymark Advisors Law Group, Mr. Esparza works closely with Arizona Community Legal Services to provide pro bono services for low-income clients. He attributes his success to his open-mindedness and a willingness to approach each case and client individually, catering his practice to their unique needs. A devout Catholic, he is a parliamentarian in his diocesan Knights of Columbus chapter and considers the story of the organization’s founder, Friar Michael J. McGivney, to be a source of inspiration. Looking toward the future, Mr. Esparza hopes to expand his practice to include more general counsel work while participating more in community legal partnerships.
