As a single mother, she was able to put her children through college and make a better life for them. In addition to being among the top 1% real estate agents nationwide, Ms. Sitek has also received the 5 Star Real Estate Agent Award (2011-2017, 2019-2021), the Chairman Circle Platinum Award and the Legend Award.

Mr. Klefeker became involved in real estate through his work with luxury products. Prior to earning his license, he worked as a sommelier. He highly enjoyed this work but found through the years he wanted to build a lifestyle better suited to his family. However, finding solutions to these difficulties only helped her become the realtor she is today with Keller Williams Realty. She has been with the firm since 2005 and is an expert is selling and finding properties for residential, new construction and resale.

The highlight of Ms. Whitten’s career so far been working very closely with several nonprofits, including a program called Roca Kidz Club. This program is an inner-city program for kids. At this moment, the nonprofit provides programs during the day for school-aged children to allow them to get their school work done, including with snacks and lunches. Once a week, they provide dinner and give them a safe place to play. Ms. Tyler felt a calling to real estate after being inspired by a mentor who leads Bible studies while she was in jail. This mentor told her to give her a call when she was released and was invited to Thanksgiving dinner. Though she arrived late and missed the prayer before the meal, she asked her hosts if they could pray again. One of the other guests at the dinner was impressed by her and offered her a job working at his real estate firm. She began working for him after her job at an attorney’s office. Not long after, the real estate industry was affected by the market crash in 2007-2008, and while many brokers moved away, Ms. Tyler leaned into the profession more. Since 2008, she has diligently worked to create her business, and help others by doing so, as the founder, owner, real estate broker and agent of Team Tyler Homes. In 2018, she became the founder and owner, as well as real estate broker and agent of Prodigy Realty, located in Virginia Beach.

Ms. Tyler’s hard work and dedication has resulted in recognition. She has received a plaque for being among the Top 1% Real Estate Agents in Production in her region, and for being among the Top 3% Real Estate Agent in the Country. Furthermore, in 2019, she was recognized as a Five Star Real Estate Agent. In her work, Ms. Tyler is guided by several mantras, including “integrity over greed,” “if you do the right things by people eventually the money will come,” and “it is not about the money, it is about helping people, and doing the right thing.” In addition to her work, she spends a lot of time volunteering in philanthropic endeavors such as food drives.

In her own life, Ms. Tyler is most proud of overcoming her adolescent behavior and addiction to become a successful real estate agent, netting more than one million dollars in her first three years.
