Enthused by real estate at an early age, Mr. Brown made it clear to everyone around him that working in the profession was the route for him. It was his mother who got tickets for him to a seminar about flipping houses, and it was there that he knew where he would apply his energy in the industry. He first garnered experience in sales as a district training sales manager with Staples, working in this venture from 2004 to 2010. In 2010, he was made a property manager at MITU Properties. After three years in this role, he joined Century 21 North East as a realtor and honed his skills and expertise in real estate until becoming the owner, broker and property manager of Three Hills Real Estate Service in 2013. Aiding Mr. Brown in this venture is his real estate broker license for Massachusetts and New Hampshire, as well as becoming a Certified Project Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
The career highlight that has stood out to Mr. Brown thus far has been every instance of working with first-time homebuyers who purchase a home. It is gratifying to him knowing these families will get to experience the joys of homeownership for the first time and that he helped them in their decision-making. Furthermore, he is happy to know that he has cultivated a workplace environment that celebrates his colleagues and employees. Ultimately, he is guided by his motto, “love where you live.”
In his career, Mr. Brown has been recognized as a Next Generation Honoree Award Winner from Commercial Real Estate Magazine in 2019, and as Boston’s Most Inspiring Property Manager from Boston Voyager Magazine in 2018. He was a featured speaker at The Red Manager User Conference in Las Vegas in 2019, and his story was highlighted in Top Agent Magazine in 2020. He maintains professional affiliation with the local Chamber of Commerce, the Liberty Lodge, and the Mason’s. Looking toward the future, Mr. Brown endeavors to continue growing his business, and uniting people with their dream properties.
