She has previous experience as an associate attorney with Marks, O’Neill, Doherty & Kelly, and has also utilized her skills and expertise as an administrative specialist with the Delaware Department of Justice and as a legal administrative assistant with Rufo Associates, P.A.
Ms. Monaghan prepared for a career as an attorney in her academic pursuits. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in biology from La Salle University in 2012, she continued at Widener University’s School of Law to receive a JD in 2017. Upon graduating, she gained admittance to the Delaware Bar and the Pennsylvania Bar. In 2016, she was recognized for her legal work with the Fraud Fighter of the quarter award from the Delaware Department of Justice.
Ms. Monaghan considers 2020 to be the most defining year of her career yet. As the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the way businesses are conducted, her most notable career highlight thus far has taken place. Her firm has been busier than ever during the pandemic, and in August 2020, the firm closed on 170 contracts. She sees this achievement as a window to the future and endeavors to continue growing and providing top-quality legal services to her clients in the future. Ms. Monaghan believes her success is built on her hard work and patience.
